Strength (pronunciation)
Nothing but muscle with this ability. With strong pronunciation, a Quester can power through any language activity. Strength is first determined by how well you can hit those long and short vowels, how well you can tackle different spelling systems, and later as you progress, your blade will be tested by how sharp your blade is when attacked by hordes of long words, paragraphs and short stories.
Magic (Translation Ability)
A Mages ability comes from a deep understanding of the power of words and the ability to remember complicated phrases. Questers can increase their magic ability by acquiring and becoming proficient in card sets. The more words one adds to the card collection, the more powerful the Mage. Questers wishing to become the ultimate magic user will be required to master the worlds vocabulary and do battle with Linguicidal minions!
Engineer (grammar/dungeons)
Engineers are the most needed characters as they hold the key to restoring the language. Engineers rebuild, reconstruct and strengthen the land. Questers who wish to increase their engineer abilities must become adept at the language structure, and be able to read complicated graphs, measurements and charts to reconstruct the language
Trickster (innovation/side quests)
The most foolhardy characters around, Trickers like nothing better than to distract, joke, and disrupt those around them. While they are the least loved and most destructive character, a Trickers who channels those abilities into side quests can become the wisest sage.
